Our impact
Develop a comprehensive and continuous professional development strategy for TVET instructors, aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions in creating a meaningful impact within the classroom setting. The framework prioritizes the assessment of training quality, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with the TVET course curriculum (and Industry practices), while also gauging the degree of knowledge and skills assimilation by the learners.

How can we improve and optimize the outreach of a centrally funded loan disbursement scheme to benefit 25,000 street vendors in a specific state, with the goal of improving their livelihoods during the post-COVID recovery phase?
Our impact
Our primary goal aimed at creating a strategic plan and an implementation roadmap to improve the overall loan disbursement %. How we did it?
- Conducting in-depth analysis of extensive datasets to gain valuable insights and draw meaningful conclusions
- Engaging in comprehensive reviews and discussions with various project stakeholders, including banks, government agencies, representatives from urban local bodies, and public officials
- Implementing a process streamlining initiative, piloting the plan in select wards to ensure end-to-end efficiency
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating the progress to support the client in achieving the target goal within the defined timeframe

Our impact
Our work with a Government Agency focused on developing a baseline report that helps provide a comprehensive 360-degree perspective on the status of FLN.
The report provides the AS-IS learning status and outlines a year-on-year plan to achieve universalization in line with the objectives set by the NEP-2020.

Develop a strategy for a tourism corporation (Govt. Undertaking) to gather customer (guest) feedback on real-time basis, for helping improve service offerings and revenue realization.
Our impact
Our primary focus was on designing customer feedback forms and creating dynamic dashboards for our client. These dashboards were designed to offer both micro and macro level insights to the client’s leadership, enabling them to make informed decisions and potentially re-design policies for better outcomes.

How can we monitor and evaluate the impact of initiatives by a global development organization (multilateral agency) designed to connect TVET institutions across various countries to foster innovation and knowledge exchange?
Our impact
The primary goal was to create a comprehensive monitoring framework and implementation roadmap to enhance the effectiveness and outcomes of a multi-year project.
How it was done
- Monitoring Framework Design: A monitoring framework was developed aligned with the theory of change approach for the project
- Tool Design: Monitoring tools were created for various activities, covering key indicators across three project lines.
- Pilot Study: A pilot study was conducted with the project management team to test the toolkit’s fitment.
- Monitoring Dashboard: A monitoring dashboard was implemented to evaluate the performance of indicators. Regular monitoring and reporting of key findings to client leadership.
