Saurabh is a highly experienced consulting professional with over 13 years of expertise in the development sector. He has successfully worked with clients from various regions, including Asia, Europe, and Africa. He obtained his MBA from HEC Paris in France and holds a B.Tech degree from IIT Roorkee. Prior to co-founding Cafal, Saurabh was associated with top global management consulting firms, where he led significant transformation projects in collaboration with Governments, CSR initiatives, and Multilateral agencies. His expertise spans strategy development, consulting, and program implementation. Apart from his professional achievements, Saurabh is a passionate trekker and also maintains a travel blog.
Nagendra Rawat
Founding Partner
Nagendra is a consulting professional carrying 10+ years of experience in executing strategy and implementation projects across development and corporate sector. He is an alumnus of SDA Bocconi and IIT Roorkee. He has previously worked with leading global consulting firms and multilateral organisations such as Deloitte, World Bank, UNDP across growth and development sector projects. Apart from this, Nagendra is an experimental cook, karaoke enthusiast and an avid trekker.
Vinit Chakwal
Associate Consultant
Vinit, an engineering graduate from GBPUAT, Pant Nagar, holds a Public Policy and Management Certification from IIM Bangalore. Serving as a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow from 2020 to 2022, he dedicated his efforts to enhancing the skill ecosystem in a hill district of Uttarakhand. Currently, Vinit actively contributes to strategy development, research, and implementation across multiple projects at the firm.
Vijay Bisht

Vijay, a University of Rajasthan graduate, brings over 9 years of expertise in program management, implementation, and monitoring & evaluation within the social development sector. His profound commitment to addressing sector challenges aligns seamlessly with Cafal's mission. Outside work, Vijay enjoys traveling and engaging with diverse communities.
Sanchi Meena
Associate Consultant
Sanchi holds a B.Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and is deeply passionate about the impact consulting space. Fuelled by a strong desire to make a difference in the development sector, she currently plays a critical role in a large, long-term pan-India project focused on improving the livelihoods of rural beneficiaries. In her free time, Sanchi enjoys reading books and travelling.
Kunwar Abhay Anand

As an alumnus of IIIT Bangalore, SASTRA University & MJPR University, India, Abhay has data analysis, automation programming, and system administration expertise. His roles have involved conducting comprehensive data analysis for skill development initiatives and implementing automation systems to enhance operational efficiency in TVET programs as well as in IT sector. Abhay is passionate about photography, music and gaming.
Nirmal Singh Negi

Nirmal is a hotel management graduate with a postgraduate degree in event management and advertising. He boasts a collective experience of over 15 years. Nirmal has been an entrepreneur and has worked with organisations like Sports Authority of India and KPMG. He currently spearheads a tourism growth strategy project, emphasising hotel operational excellence and revenue augmentation.
Shailja Santore
Research Analyst
As an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Shailja been interested and passionate in working for social sector. She had worked with National Service Scheme as a volunteer and interned with The Toy Bank Ngo during college. She was a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow from 2021-2023 under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship where she worked on district growth plan of Chamoli District, Uttarakhand. She had worked on several projects in skill development, rural development, etc. domain. Shailja is also working on monitoring and evaluation of UNESCO-UNEVOC BILT project. Shailja is passionate about exploring new cuisines and places to eat; reading books; cooking.
Ravi Kant Rawat

Human resources specialist Ravi Kant has ten years of productive experience managing employees and running HR departments. Prior to pursuing an MBA in the Human Resources program at LPU Jalandhar, Ravi completed a postgraduate degree in Organic Chemistry. He has previously been connected to several prestigious healthcare organizations, including LifeCell International and Ranbaxy Labs. A wanderer as well, Ravi loves to play cricket and shuttler. Now, Ravi oversees the client's and the company's HR needs.
Kartik Mangla

Kartik graduated from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies with a BBA. Exhibiting a deep enthusiasm for data science and analytics, he is enrolled in IIIT-EPGP Bangalore's program for data science to become proficient with modern tools. With more than two years of practical experience dealing with large and varied datasets, Kartik has a broad background. He currently plays a crucial role in handling the data of a significant pan-India skilling initiative.
